How do you ship packages?
Our packages are shipped directly from our warehouse well packed and sealed through global fast, safe and secured shipping agencies depending on the weight and size of the product.

Yes. We offer free shipping and delivery services for all our products which gives you more value for your purchase. Place your order & we take care of the delivery cost. Our free shipping to over 80 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we might not be able to ship to. If your location happen to be in such countries we will contact you.

Where is my shipping & tracking information?
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped out, You can also login to your account section to view order tracking ID and details. We will update the tracking information within 72 hours and can be tracked in the Tracking page. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days after purchase, please contact us.

Refunds & returns policy
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 3 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our top most priority. Hence, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if eligible.
*You can submit refund requests within 5 days of receiving the product if eligible by contacting us on Refund.
If your refund requests are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 20 business days depending on your financial institution.
