We look into a number of frequently asked questions ranging from benefit of registered member, orders and tracking information, delivery, return and refund policies; and provide answers to ease your shopping experience.
Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, but it’s important and necessary to be a registered customer thereby benefiting from a number of offers available to registered members. Also, as a registered member you can view your order details, manage your account details, shipping address, payment method, as well as track your order and more.
Where is my order information?
As soon as you place an order, a few things happen: You’ll receive a “Thank You” email which will contain your receipt. Our team will receive your order and begin processing your order for delivery.
Where is my shipping or tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, if is coming from our overseas warehouse; we will update the tracking information within 48 hours, we will also send you an email with your tracking information. If is a product we have in our Nigeria warehouse and customer is within Nigeria we update the delivery information accordingly and send you an email or reach you on phone. We try as much as possible to ship your order within 1- 3 business days, but in some cases that is not always possible.
Can I pay on delivery?
While we understand that some customers would prefer pay on delivery and since we don’t currently support it. We put a system in place to protect our customers’ money and orders. A 60 days money guarantee and full refund and return policy which protects every order from click to delivery.
Can I come to the office to place an order?
As an online store we don’t run a physical store or showcase our products in the office for customers to pick up but kept in our warehouse where we process delivery to customer shipping/delivery address. Our office is only to attends to customers and corporate activities.
My package arrived damage.
We take great pride in our products and that includes ensuring each order is protected from click to delivery and throughout the journey from our warehouse to your pickup/doorstep. If the contents of your package were damaged, please send pictures to “support@stirmas.com” and also call our customers support line within a day with the subject line: “PACKAGE DAMAGED: ORDER #”. We will review your email and get to you within 24 hours.
Can my delivery or shipping address be change after placing my order?
Yes, but please email us IMMEDIATELY with subject line: “CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS: ORDER #”. (The all caps are helpful since it makes us to act fast and not ship your order to the wrong address.)
What are your shipping rates?
Currently, we offer free delivery and a flat rate of N1500 in Nigeria, giving each customer the choice to either choose free shipping or the flat rate of N1000 – N1500.
Where do you ship to?
We are slowly expanding and currently are open to shipping in all African countries, and other selected peaceful countries outside Africa.
Can I return a faulty item?
Yes, if eligible. A customer can request to return an item/order not working properly due to factory error or get damage in the process of delivery (though we try to protect all our packages to avoid damage in transit). Please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving the package. See more Here
Can I get a refund if my packaged is not delivered?
Yes, we take great pride in our customers and give them a 60 days money guarantee in every order made. If a customer did not receive an order within the stipulated delivery time frame in line with our Terms and Conditions, the customer is entitled to full refund.
How do I choose the right size in fashion accessories?
The best way to choose the best size that fits your body is to use the size guide or size/measurement table we add in each fashion product that require measurement. If you can’t still get the right size or you feel you need help in size selection please contact support before placing the order or leave a note of your measurement in the “order note section”.
