Refunds & Returns Policy

We give our customers the privilege to return an item that is faulty or not working as described. On successful delivery the buyer has 5 days to make a return request, stating the reason for such request. If your return request appeal is successful, you are to send the item back to us within 3 days of making and getting a confirmation from us to send the faulty item back. Note you are to send the item back with all accessories, gifts items, labels etc (i.e. all items included) in the package you received. See more on Refund & Return Policy
